First of all, this was my very first try at attempting to have a vehicle shipped. I had no idea who to call! I won the car on ebay and was tempted to use one of their recomended carriers. Luckily, I found this website and what a eye opener it was. I took the top three carriers and got quotes from each ( ebay's carrier didn't fare that well with reviewers). I wanted to stay with a west coast shipper since that's where my delivery was to take place. The middle quote was Cascade and it was the first and last company that I called. They were the first to respond to an email quote with a personal phone call and immediately I felt at ease with Diane from Cascade. She is very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpfull. She was straitforward, honest and came through with the delivery as she promised. All this, even though I had a very specific time frame that I had to have my car delivered. They found me a truck the next business day! Mel from Branson Express was my driver and he was also very courteous and helpfull. He called me to tell me when to expect him and even was kind enough to help me tow the vehicle up my drive. The vehicle arrived in great shape! All around, this was a very easy transaction and Diane at Cascade was the big reason that it was. I would definately ship with Cascade again!
