They won't give you any reliable information about truck availability, I've asked them to pick up car from Denver Co and was promised car pick up in the next 2-3 days, at the same time cas was listed by BAM at trucking board so no one else will work with me due to one car - one agency. so for almost 2 weeks I was listening about their extensive search effort without any results. mean while car was parked and by the time other company picked it up for me I owed to the parking place $200 in parking fees. So STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
