I recently purchased a truck online in PA. Unfortunately I went with AMS because they gave me the cheapest price and supposedly had great reviews. It has now been 45 days and I still do not have my truck. I have been told everything from the trucker had a flat tire to the trucker was stopped by dot to "we are now loosing $ on this since we are posting up an additional $300 to intice a trucker to pick up the vehicle." I always had to contact them, they'd never contact me. I was also disturbed when their 1-800 # stopped working. Antwan said he'll give me my down payment back, but that remains to be seen. I seriously doubt the legitimacy of this company. I checked with another transport company and they pulled up my posted truck for a trucker and it was posted for $900 which apparently was way too cheap. Dont use them!

Jason and AutoMobileShip have since parted ways on good terms. These were not excuses, just circumstances we were dealing with, which put Jason in a bad situation. His price was fair and we had a driver assigned. His deposit was refunded and our apologies were extended to him.
