They dodge your calls, make false promises, don't disclose the entire truth, wait to the last second to give you information, fail to meet their promises, raise their rates, and generally ruin your move. They never told us there was a 4 day window for pick-up. They never called to confirm a time. When we called and finally got a hold of them a a day before the schedule pick-up that's when we found there was a 4 day window. We had to reschedule the movers and our flights so we could be there for Alliance. They never apologized or took responsibility. They will never get our business again and shouldn't get yours. They are untrustworthy and should not be allowed to do business.
