I received my car in perfect condition...I am happy… it was like reuniting with a long lost friend! I had not had my car for a year and was extremely anxious for her to make it to Texas. Montway was discovered by me surfing the Internet looking for a car transporter and Montway came up as a pop-up. They made the initial contact and the price was reasonable, and the agreement was made for them to pick up my car in California and transport to Texas. I would recommend Montway to my friends as a good, reliable, and reasonable transport company.
I would not hesitate to use Montway again, they have a friendly, courteous, and obliging staff to assist with the details of the upcoming transport logistics and someone keeps you informed on the status every step of the way. Once the actual transport driver had possession of my car, he kept me informed of the estimated time of delivery, and much to my surprise he was right on target. The supply chain worked in harmony and the end result was one extremely satisfied customer….mission accomplished… Montway’s supply chain strategy performed like a “well-oiled” machine and I would not hesitate to use them again!
