Please believe the rest of the reviews. This company is terrible, all the way around. From customer service on down. was promised a 3 day delivery, turned into 12. The tracking information was a lie, said it was in transit and on time. Had to call dock supervisor to find out our package hadn't even been picked up 5 days later. Called supervisors on down; supervisors never called back or responded in any way, despite repeated attempts; everyone had different information and none of it correct. Such a scam
