I am still baffled by the whole experience with the Auto Transport Group. Someone by the name Edward got in touch with me after I posted the immediate need to transport a 24 foot Box Truck from Georgia to Florida. As a broker, he informed me that he had a number of drivers lined up that are capable of getting the job done. He gave me a quote for $1,150. I accepted his offer after he asked me to make a $150 deposit, which I did. That was the last time I heard from that gentleman. I left numerous messages to inquire about the status of my order but didn't get not even one phone call back. This company ended up costing me a lot of money because I had to move the truck from a residential area to a commercial location and had to hire another company to haul my truck and get the job done. I am still calling and leaving messages to inquire about the next step of the process. How can someone be that unprofessional and dishonest still be in business. I would like to get a refund. More importantly, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
