NO Delivery, Poor customer service and communication

After paying $175 down to The Auto Transport Group and never hearing anything from them about my vehicle being picked up, I tried to contact them.
After several calls with no answer, I finally heard from someone via E-mail. They finally were talked with on the phone and said no one had picked up the vehicle.
Never heard back from them and the vehicle was not slated by anyone to be picked up.
I contacted the place where my truck was at and they said it was gone, yet no one was coming forth to say it was picked up.
Finally come to find out that it never left the point of origin in Maine and no one connected to the Auto Transport Group ever came for the vehicle.
Next thing I get an E-mail saying that I had cancelled the contract with The Auto Transport Group, when in fact I did NOT!
I should be paid back the $175 I paid them, but they aren't willing to do that.
Horrible customer service, IF you can get hold of them.

we did attempt to pick up but the pick up location released this to another carrier. we have been talking with the customer and his insurance company trying to help him track down what company has his truck. we went above and beyond for this customer. once a driver is dispatched and the vehicle is not available for pick up the driver gets paid a dry run fee which we had to pay and is why we take a deposit. so unfortunately this is why no refund was issued on his file. we are in the office 7 days a week to assist customers so the customer stating he was unable to reach anyone is false and every time he or his insurance company would call we were here to assit.
