What happened???

situation: active duty military moving due to orders.

==> Tuesday was the day the car is supposed to be picked up. Driver NEVER called when and where to pick up. I called customer service but everytime I call, I was put on hold, transfered to another number, then it goes straight to a voicemail, if not, call and and it goes straight to customer service voicemail. I called with a different phone number, it will ring twice and somebody will answer. I was forced to drop my car to one of their terminal which by the way, its a storage place which I had to pay so the driver will just pick up the car there. what so sad about it is that customer service claimed they advised me that i have to pay for storage, which they didnt. so now im paying 1350+20(storage)+gas to get there.
car was picked up thursday. (verbal agreement was tuesday)
==>car mileage when dropped off to the storage place was 81045 (picture was taken). when car was picked up, mileage was 81096. really? they needed 50 miles to move the car in and out of the truck? or maybe go places first then put in the truck?
==> when car was picked up, it was dirty both inside and out. it was so dirty and GREASY on the outside its almost impossible to see all the scratches they caused.THE CAR WAS 1/4 BELOW THE E LINE on the fuel gauge, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS NOW ON (knock sensor issue) FRONT and REAR bumper were loose and missing screws. even my grandma knows that running fuel pump while tank is empty will damage the pump which cost a lot to replace.
==> i will not even waste anymore of my time to file claim because i know. its just going to be a waste of time.i guess ill make my friends and coworkers aware of what happened to me.

one good thing I can say==> my car made it to washington state.
