The only reason why I contacted these bottom dwellers is supposedly they support the military. Well let me tell you they don't follow their own SOP when it comes to the entired of their profession.

1) Through the two before mentioned representatives they tried to make me two seperate accounts with no success. Upon the third representative's attempt I canceled the service.

2) I was informed if no driver/transport was dispatched to me I wouldn't be charged. According to a seperate broker there were no pending requests on the board for me when I conducted another free quote. So this again shows they never did the filing/submission correctly.

3) I attempted four emails and five phone calls to reach Mr. Whitaker, my original broker from this company, in order to secure the canceling of this request. He never returned any of those attempts for contact.

4) Before canceling and in the midst of trying to establish a contract Mr. Whitaker got irate with my wife in trying to contact me. When she informed him to call me at work he just hung up. This was before I made contact with Daniel to setup the request the second time.

5) I received several calls from the company after my car was already transported stating they could dispatch a transport to me and I told them every time I didn't need it anymore. I also informed them to stop calling and that I already canceled their services.

This was all during our PCS move across the country. So I didn't know I was charged until the end of December. Now the company is refusing to credit me back stating they dispatched a transport to me which is a lie. They are attempting to claim they dispatched a transport after my family and I already left GA and were in WA.

Stand clear of these idiots. They couldn't fight there way out of a wet paperbag let alone take care of transporting your car! My advise take your car to a terminal and make a deal with the driver directly. Look up transport companies and findout where they do a lot of their pickups. Don't go through a broker!
