The guy was good, but the service wasn't sadly. I was first told that it would be picked up on Saturday at 12:00, then it was delayed until 2:00, then 6:00, and then finally it was delayed until Monday morning. Then Monday morning came around, and it was delayed unitl 12:00, then delayed until 3pm, then 6pm. Finally, he arrived at 8pm. The delivery to Texas was delayed by 2 days, and had a similar set of time slips. It cost me a fair amount of money, as I needed a rental car for the delayed time, but to be fair the driver gave me $25. However, this is way less than a rental car for two days, and I'm still way out of pocket.

I appreciate you took a couple of minutes to share your experience. As brokers, we do sincerely care about the outcome of every transportation and value the feedback we receive, especially with regards to the carriers performance. Your review could not highlight any clearer one of the occasional issues customers face in this industry. While our screening for quality and trustworthy carriers rarely fails, due to background checks and rating systems within the industry, it is impossible to predict if a carrier will run into issues on the road, with their truck or other customers schedule or availability. Thankfully you had room for some flexibility with your schedule and apparently no major harm was done. Regardless our Dispatch team is reviewing the situation with the carrier, and we hope to have a future opportunity to make sure the next experience goes much smoother. Thanks again for the feedback.
