Hi DO NOT DEAL WITH GEORGE PRESTERA !!!!!
when he first contacted me about picking my car up he made me believe that if there were any changes on picking up the car he would take care of it without loosing my deposit. i went ahead and schedule it on line around 7:00pm the next morning i needed to cancel he would not refund my deposit $100.00 i hope you could retire on that money.

Please see our Agent George Prestera's careful explanation of his experience with Mr. Iori. George is one of the best agents out there and the hundreds of good reviews posted for him are no coincidence: -James, you asked me to find you a carrier asap because the other brokers couldn't find you a carrier. I found you a carrier for Saturday. You placed the order online and I reserved your spot with the carrier. You wrote me an email that said 'Hi george you are 100 percent sure they will pick up Saturday' I called the carrier and he confirmed he would pick it up Saturday. I wrote you that we were definitely going to pick up Saturday. You then wrote 'I hope you hold up your end of the bargain. thanks, james' The next day, on Friday afternoon, you wrote me 'Hi george, can you please put a stop order on the pickup of the car and could you return my deposit. thanks, james.' I asked why would you like to cancel; you wrote that you had another carrier that was picking it up. You then wrote me this 'i buy cars on ebay all the time so i owe u one.thanks, james.' I wrote that we dispatched the vehicle to the carrier. We have an obligation to the carrier for reserving the space with him. The deposit is non-refundable but we would credit you the $100 for the next time you needed a vehicle transported. You buy cars on Ebay all the time so I'm sure we can put it to use soon. I hope reconsider what you wrote and realize that neither Autostar Transport nor myself did anything wrong to you. You will always have that $100 credit if and when you decide to use it.
