Review:

we hired this company to ship our daughter's car from Maryland to California. It was picked up days later than promised by a sub contractor. A Blue Knight is not the company that ships. They bid it out and never tell you that upfront. They blame everything on the shippe rwho has no knowledge of the original booking details . Since they do not accept credit cards, we had to give them our checking account number to deduct the 850.00. They deducted that amount 3 TIMES!!!!! When I called repeatedly, they always promised to get back to me but NEVER did. I finally went thru my bank and had them get my money back. The car arrived damaged and when I reported it, they told me the damage was already there. I had proof it was not there since the car was detailed before it left and any marks on the car were on the paperwork from that company. They never made good on that and I had to pay for the repair. They were nasty to deal with and arrogant when they were proven wrong. NEVER do business with this company!!!!!!
