In response to Andy's response. This is probably the most fraudlant company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM. They were never threatened. We were sent a quote along with a contract. The contract stated that if we need the car to be picked up in less then 4 days there would be a charge. We didn't and it wasn't. In fact the car was picked up 5 days AFTER the 1st possible date. According to the contract there was no charge. Andy also wanted to charge us for an increase in Diesel fuel. Well in our time frame diesel fuel actually went down.
I am sure he will dispute this review claiming we threatened him and we didn't read the contract. All of that is false. If you truly decide not to heed this warning be prepared to pay at least $200 over the initial price.
Their contract also ststes that it is an internet transaction and all verbal agreements are binding. Yet when I told him of my agreements with Matt(a salesman employed by Flofield) Andy ststed he could not be responsible for his sales persons claims.
Lastly once your car is on the truck don't expect and courtesy or simple human decency from this company. Andy was rude abusive and completely unprofessional

it seems all people wish to do is complain for there ignorance. Why do they sign the contract and agree to allthe terms and conditions and then turn around and complain afterwards.
We never charge any extras unless they apply based on the signed contract. As far as the agreement with the sales person that should be in writing as to what was agreed upon, otherwise there is no basis for the claim.

We do not charge anything that is not described in the contract and signed for.
If this person is complaining that the car was not picked up or delivered when we say, they should provide documentation of this instead of complaining and we will try to rectify it.

False accusations mean nothing
