**RIPOFF**, LIED TOO, MISQUOTED. WE CONTACTED FLOFIELD AND WAS SENT A QUOTE FOR 2 CARS GOING FROM LAS VEGAS TO MD FOR A TOTAL OF $1,850.00. SIGNED IT AND SENT IT BACK. DURING THE TRANSITION WE CONTACTED FLOFIELD AND SPOKE TO ANDY WHOM IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS THE DISPATCHER. ALL HE DID WAS ARGUE WITH US AND AT ONE POINT THREATEN TO DROP OUR VECHICLES OFF AT ANOTHER LOCATION AND HAVE US GET THEM THAT WAY. WE ENDED UP PAYING $2,200.00 THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EXAMPLE OF BUSINESS, CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WE WERE FORCED TO PAY THIS. ANDY COULD NOT GIVE US A REASON AS TO WHY OUR PRICE WENT UP. HE STATED THAT THIS WAS A PART OF THE DEPOSIT, HOWEVER IT WAS NEVER APPLIED TOWARDS THE BALANCE. SO WHERE DID THE ADDITIONAL $400.00 GO? RIP OFF RIP OFF COMPANY. THIS MAN AT ONE POINT HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO SHUT UP ON THE PHONE. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME RIGHT? A COMPANY, A DISPATCHER? AND WHO IS THE CUSTOMER? ALL HE KEPT SAYING WAS READ YOUR CONTRACT. I SEE THAT THIS HAPPENS TO BE HIS DEFENSE IN ALL OF THE REVIEWS THAT I HAVE READ. YOU CAN ONLY RIP OFF THOSE WHO ALLOW YOU TOO. HE ALSO CLAIMED THAT THEY WERE HAVING A $250.00 PROMOTIONAL GAS GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT HE WAS GOING TO SEND US 2. ONE FOR EACH VECHICLE. IT IS NOW 3 WEEKS LATER AND WE HAVE CALLED SINCE AND EVERY TIME WE CALL THEY SAY THE SAME THING. IT WAS JUST MAILED TODAY! WOW WHAT DO YOU KNOW. ANYONE OUT THERE THAT WANTS TO SAVE MONEY ON AUTO TRANSPORT YOU WILL END UP PAYING A WHOLE LOT MORE IF YOU USE THESE PEOPLE. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM ALL OF THE REVIEWS THIS COMPANY IS NO WHERE NEAR REPUTABLE. MORE LIKE THIEVES, AND WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE FINANCIALLY. THEY HAVE YOUR CAR YOUR IN A BAD SITUATION.

these people contracted for a terminal pickup[which was authorized by the wife] in a rush, after talking to the wife she indicated that we should have the 2 cars picked up and that the additional would be paid, at the end or delivery point they complained, so we resolved it by issuing a partial credit to them.Unfortunately no matter what you do for these people is not enough. You should notice that all the reviews are based on the same complaint- additional charges, this is because the customer refuses to read the contract and then complains afterwards. Even after we say read-read-read, that does no good, they do not read. All complaints stem from the customer not reading or questioning the contract and then complain later, the cars are always picked up on time and delivered on time, no matter what we do is no good.As a broker we cannot control the trucker. If anyone wishes we can provide a copy of the email accepting the credit and a copy of the credit given on their charge card. The customer cannot even tell the truth now, that they received a partial credit on their credit card and was sent a $500.00 gasoline redemption certificate rather than the $250.00 that we give, I guess that this was not good enough either. You can take these reviews for what they are worth, we always move the car and in a timely fashion .
