Called United Auto Transport and spoke to Arvin. Arvin ended up getting me a pretty good price of $700 to ship minivan from North Carolina to Alabama. Even though I had other quotes around $450-$500, I trusted UAT's reviews to make sure my vehicle arrived safe and on time. Arvin was good at getting back to me on quotes and worked on getting me a better price, but as soon as I paid my deposit all communication with Arvin stopped. I paid the $300 deposit and Arvin promised me twice that he would give me the name and phone number of the driver and then promised an invoice to me so that I would have something in writing stating my price to the driver. I didn't think this was too much to ask since I had just given money to someone I didn't know. Everything ended up working out fine and I received my car in great condition, but I still expected him to communicate with me the entire way through the deal. Would definitely use them again, just would hope for much better communication.
