This is the 2nd time I have used Bullseye service for the transport of my vehicle. Carla was fabulous, very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The transport company came and picked up my vehicle when they said they would, and it arrived safely 9 days later. This experience was rated slighlty less than Excellent, however, for 2 reasons: 1) the name of the driver I was given was not the actual driver, and I was not informed of this change/given updated driver information; 2) the driver phoned at 9:45 pm on Friday evening, informing me that he would deliver the car at 1 pm the next day. The next day he did not arrive at 1:00, and did not call. When I tried to use the phone number that I was given, I found out about the reassignment, but as it was a Saturday afternoon there was no one to contact (Bullseye or the actual transport company). The driver did not arrive until 10 pm Saturday evening, so I wasted an entire day waiting for the car, but all things considered, it could have been a lot worse. I looked into a lot of car transport companies, and this service is one of the best out there. Despite the drop-off time delay, I would absolutely use this company again for transporting my vehicle.
