This was a difficult move trying to satisfy you and the guy you traded vehicles with. As you remember your guy did not want to turn loose of the Mustang and Motorcycle until he received your BMW. The carrier had to go from MN to AZ turn around and go back pick up the Mustang and Motorcycle to bring back to you, so yes it did take a week and a half, which we explained this to you. It was just unfortunate that the other person on the other end would not cooperate as well as you. I apologize for you feeling this way, but we can't always make things as smooth as you want them when we don't have cooperation. You are a great customer and I would do business with you again. | Motor Movers ...NEVER PICKED UP OR DELIVERED | | I worked with Steve Ram of Motor Movers in Scottsdale, Arizona after reading the positive reviews about the shipping broker on this website. Steve had almost 2 months to locate a shipping carrier for me to transport 2 of my vehicles from Raleigh, NC... [ More ] | | In response, I did my best to get the two vehicles moved for Tammy. I had originally quoted a higher rate, but Tammy wanted to ship the vehicles at the rate of $2,450.00. I told her I had my doubts they would be picked up at that rate, but at her request I posted the vehicles at that rate, her requested rate.
Also, the time period was not two months, per my computer the time period was only one month, not two, still plenty of time I realize to get the vehicles picked up, but not at the rate we were quoting, not what I suggested, the vehicles did not get picked up. She seemed to be a nice Lady, but was not willing to pay my suggested rate. Also, on hold time, the few times I spoke to Tammy, naturally she would call my "direct line", there is never, ever any hold time! She is being totally untruthful ! [ view ] |
