We Have Rufunded Our broker fee back to you for your troubles ,and thank-you for working with us.Im very sorry for the late delivery . Sometimes delays do happen. Traffic, weather, and loading/unloading can be a major factor in when your vehicle is picked up and delivered. There is also the possibility for mechanical failure when dealing with Motor vehicles. Especially trucks that are traveling long distances on a regular basis. We share with all of our customers that there are no guarantees on pick-up or delivery dates. We wish Mr. Valenti only the best, and hope he would consider writing a review for the Carrier Paragon Van Lines Inc-FL only. They were the ones who physically transported this vehicle. One of the things we try to explain to everyone is that shipping your car is a inconveinent thing to do. There is always the possibilty for delay due to mechanical failure, traffic, weather, and loading/undloading. We always do our best to get our customers a fair price with a reputable carrier ,but even the best can break down. Im very sorry to hear your experience was less than perfect. It seems like your main issue was with the carrier AD Transport Services Inc
,and the late delivery . I wish you gave me a call when you were having issues communicating with the driver as i would have been more than happy to act as the conduit between the two of you , and resolve the issue . Im Sorry about the late delivery , but we always let our customers know there is no guarantee on delivery dates .There is the possibility for delay depending on loading unloading traffic and weather.
