Im sorry we could not ship your car , and I think you left out a few things. We never charged you anything as we could not get you a carrier at the price of 700 YOU wanted. We don't make promises on prices until we have them in writing from the carrier. While it is good you were proactive and placed your order 2 and 1/2 weeks in advance drivers don't schedule until about 5-7 days before pick-up as we explained.They don't want to promise times or dates they cant keep, and a lot can happen on the open road. The carrier we had found requested 800 which is what we told you it would cost in the first place. You didn't like that so you followed through on your threat of a bad review. We are very proud of our reviews , and work very hard for them and our customers. I guess you cant always please everyone, but we will continue to try. Good luck Jacob we wish you the best ! I am very sorry to hear about the damage to your vehicle. We explain to every customer before signing the bill of laden make sure the vehicle is in the same condition as when it was released. We also send you this information via email, and also have it on the paperwork. Every customer is also instructed to call us ASAP if there is any kind of problem on pick-up or delivery. The paperwork States by signing you are Saying the car was received in good condition unless otherwise noted. No insurance company will reimburse a claim if it is not documented. We will help anyway we can ,and are in contact with the carrier to resolve this issue to the best of our ability.
