I'm not concerned with the delayed pick up/delivery. All brokers are at the mercy of the driver.

I would like to say there were times I did return your calls only to receive your voicemail. As for your vehicle not being picked up, we were told by the carrier it was loaded and we were unable to make contact with your person at the dealership. Once I was informed that it had not been picked up I was right on it and got that taken care of and quickly. As for the delivery, I knew it had been delivered since the carrier after knowing how upset I was with his not picking up on time made sure he called me on my personal cell to let me know it had been delivered. When you called and left a message for me I was in a meeting and did not answer your phone or my email when I tried to contact you before you left for the day.
