When placing your order i did explain to you that there are times that drivers request additional money that you are not subject to take it but they can give us a offer if they have to go out of their way to make your request work for them and for them to also make a profit. However, if you decline the offer, No Big deal we continue looking for another carrier at that current rate. Also we do not gauarntee anything in this industry either due to the fact that we are at the mercy of the drivers. We do our very best to get a carrier assigned within the 7 business days after placing the order. So again i apologize you didnt feel that you recieved great customer service.
