    Response:While we are sorry there were issues with getting your vehicle transported due to it's difficult location in Connecticut I would like to clear up a few things you said in this review that are mistruths. First I contacted you throughout your transport even after I moved to a different location with in our corporation. I have documentation of all the calls you put through to me and me returning them of which many times you did not pick up. Second when a carrier calls and asks for more money to take a load we call the customer to give them every option available. You have every right to say NO if you do not want to accept a counter offer a carrier makes to take your vehicle. We have no control over a carrier breaking down or deciding to not take your vehicle. I truly wish we did as it would make things on my end so much easier. I apologize you are so unhappy over the service provided to you and I am very happy to hear that the carrier who finally picked it up treated you and your vehicle so well. We spoke on the 6th of september and I called the carrier to confirm the truck was in the shop.Enoch Auto Hauling's dispatch office informed me that they have ordered the part they needed and the truck would be on the way in the morning. At this time I sent you a email on the 6th @ 12:31 stating this information and asking for your exstension number so I could contact you by phone. On 9/7/2011 at 10:12 am My dispatch office advised me that the carrier had email them stating the part had not arrived and they would not be able to pick up the vehicle untill the 10th. At this time I email you at 3:13 stating this and also stating that I would put the trucks back on available and continue to see if we could get them picked up before that. And again asking for an exstension number to your work number. We securied the truck to a carrier on the 9th of September and again I emailed you with the new dispatch information at 12:15pm stating the carrier will be picking up the vehicles on 12th. And yet again asking for the exstension number to your office. On 9/12 you called in the office and spoke with Jessica, at that time YES she put you on hold while she called the carrier regarding the pick up. While she was on the phone with the carrier he did state that he was runnging behind and would have to pick the vehicle on the 14th. She hung up with the carrier and made you aware of this information. The vehicle were then picked up on the 14th and delivered the 15th in great condition. I understand the frustration regarding the delay on the pick up, but to say that we were not incontact is incorrect and I have the emails to show the contact between us as well as the time stamps as to when you called in the office. Also I would like to state that NEVER has a customer been on hold for 10 minutes. That would be unexceptable. I hope customers will read previous review and take those into consideration. Cindy, I am sorry you feel your experience wasn't a great one. Everything that took place was with in the boundries set forth in the terms and conditions as well as explained to you over the phone when we spoke and arranged your order. The fact that your claim that the driver was 5 hours late is simply unfair to say the least. It clearly states that the date and times are an estimate. There a many things thats can play a huge part in what time a driver is able to make it to a customers place for pick up or delivery. As far as meeting him a few blocks away in the rain, it was explained to as well and in the terms and conditions that the carriers do their very best to meet as close to the customers address as possible. Weight resrictions, low hanging wires, narrow streets or simply a driver uncomfortable navigating certain streets is rare in keeping them from coming to your door, but can happen. The fact that I could not just remove money from the carriers fees simply because you had to meet him a few blocks away and I told you the driver would have to be the one to agree to your request is the way the contract reads. Again I am sorry you feel the transport wasnt up to your standards or expectations. Take care [ view ]

Joy, I am sorry about all the delays with getting your car shipped for you. But a few things need to be made very clear. We didnt place this order for you just for the fun of it. Unlike a lot of companies out there, we don't make anything if we are unable to get your car moved. So your implications of us only booking this with you for the reason of just booking it is just wrong. Second of all, we had a carrier contracted to pick up your car on the day you asked for. It was not our fault or the carriers that he had to cancel last minute due to his truck breaking down. I contacted you about the truck breaking down and told you we would do our best to get a new carrier as fast as we could. We in no way have control of where the drivers choose to do their routes. Your delivery location was located in Idaho, which to begin with, isnt a very popular location for drivers. You agreed to move the delivery location to see if that would help. As far as the carrier not making it to the delivery point during the exact time you said, that again was out of his control. He had a car on his carrier that was found to have personal belongings in the trunk when it went through inspection, which delayed him by 2 hours, and then had a tire blow that delayed him another 3 hours. Well that put him behind by 5 hours. Things such as that are just not in our control. Nor was it the drivers fault. Yet you want to lay blame on me for fate taking its course. As far as you laying claim to myself or nobody elase keeping you updated, well that is a total lie. We spoke to you on average 5 times a day, everyday. You never even gave anyone here a chance to call you back. Your claim of not having an answer when you called is a little untrue as well. We gave you every bit of info we had when myself or others here spoke to you. As to your allegations that Sheila or anyone here told you to shut up is not only wrong, but simply a lie. Nobody in this office tells a customer to shut up. At most we may ask a customer to please calm down if they are getting upset, but thats as far as it goes. I am really sorry you feel we didnt provide a great experiance for you. But as I stated, most everything was out of our control. We did our best with what was available to us in resources. I am pleased you did receive your vehicle safely, unharmed. Bill [ view ]
