We were glad we were able to help you over the weekend in such short notice after you had contracted with another broker who charged you a deposit and left you hanging.
Service is door to door as long as it is 18 wheeler accessible - your address had weight restrictions for trucks on the bridge to your address. So by law the truck would not have been allowed to cross the bridge to you . I apologize if this was inconvenience to you-
