Our records show that you report a spiderweb crack on your moon roof. You contacted us 2 days after the car was delivered regarding the crack, you signed your inspection sheet on delivery that your car arrived with no damage. We make it very clear that we can only assist on damages when the inspection sheet has been filled out properly clearly noting the damage. We are sorry the insurance company would not accept the claim, however, the procedures are necessary to protect carrier from false claims. YOU NEEDED TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY FOR US TO BE ABLE TO PROTECT AND HELP YOU!!!!!!! The damage on the mirror was clearly obvious in the photos. As the broker, we do everything we can to protect our customers when damages occur, but are limited to the resources we have.
