Visit the BBB.org website and do a company search for the company you are researching. When you find that company you will
be able to pull up a report on that specific company. When you get to that page find and view the Customer Complaint History
link shown at the right.
This link will take you to the part of the report that shows the number of complaints that a company has had over the past THREE YEARS.

Next return to TransportReviews.com and find the company that you are researching. On the company profile page below their
overall star rating you will find a link for Distribution of Stars Report. Click on that link to see a break down of ratings for
that company.

When reviews are submitted
0 to 2 stars mean that the customer would NOT use the company again.
3 to 5 stars mean that the customer WOULD use the company again.
What you are looking to compare is the complaint history between the BBB and TransportReviews.com. In most cases you will find
that there are more negative reviews on TransportReviews.com than on the BBB. The difference is, TransportReviews.com also
allows positive reviews. So you get a more comprehensive view of a company.
