My experience was great. Craig worked very fast, secured a carrier quickly, and was available via e-mail and phone for any questions. The car was picked up on time and delivered a day or two early (perfect), and the drivers were very friendly. I was very nervous about shipping my car cross country due to the nightmare we experienced shipping it to the West Coast (the driver never showed up, so it took weeks to get the car shipped, meanwhile, I had moved). I told Craig about my concerns, and he assured me that everything would go smoothly - I was not disappointed. I will use this company again and will recommend it to friends. Price was good: commensurate with that of other companies. I chose this company based on the good reviews.
