My experience with E ship

I just want to say that I was very concerned about transporting my auto, because I had heard a lot of horror stories and tried to do a lot of research into who would be the best carrier. The first person I offered the job to, did not communicate with me for days, which turned into weeks, and I finally told him, I am switching to another service, because you are unable to secure me a driver. He then said he was waiting to hear back from somebody, who was stringing him along, etc. etc. By this time I had spoken with Mark Anthony at E ship, and after a long conversation, decided to give him a shot. I couldn't believe how fast he found me a driver, I actually didn't believe it and when he called me and said they were going to be in Atlanta to pick up the car, I was in a rush to contact my son who was the only person who had access to it. I ended up having to have him leave the keys in the car, as he had to go to work, and the drivers couldn't wait until he got done. There was little communication from then on. The actual drivers were nice, but their English was a little hard to understand. That issue seemed to fade away in the wake of the fact that they drove seemingly non stop from GA to Washington and I got my vehicle in less than 3 days, in good shape and everything checked out. I really appreciate the efficientness of the E ship folks and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I recall when I had emailed you the very same day we first spoke, that I had located a driver GUARANTEED you simply ignored my email and didn't return my many calls nor text messages. Leaving me with a choice to make, do I cancel the order and let the driver go or take a leap of faith and dispatch the driver assuming you might have not had a chance to see my email. In the end I'm happy it all worked out thank you for giving me your trust and your business. Call me next time you need to transport a vehicle
