Frank arranged for my Benz to be shipped from Yorba Linda, CA to Brooklyn, NY (I changed the destination to that of Long Island, NY without issue). I submitted requests to countless shipping companies & the rates I received could not compete with WISE AUTO SHIPPING's prices. Frank walked me through the process & with his help, the whole thing came together very well - ALL THANKS TO HIM. I dropped my car off at a local lot, I received paperwork on the spot, & it was as good as done.
The driver who arrived with my car tried to raise the price upon delivery, but with one call to Frank, the misunderstanding was resolved. The original quote was honored. No matter what, I was relieved that the cost of the shipment did not change. I felt fortunate that WISE AUTO SHIPPING was able to handle that part, most especially. Another thing to note was that the driver asked for cash & that was an unexpected method of payment. I had to run to the bank at the last minute & that was inconvenient.
IN ANY CASE, this company came through for me & Frank committed to the process till the transaction was complete. The thoroughness of customer care in this transaction truly impressed me. I would recommend WISE AUTO SHIPPING without hesitation. They do business with honesty & integrity.
