Look at the green icon to the right side column on the screen. Those are compensated reviews. Notice they are the mostly only positive. The experience I've had has been horrible like it has been for many others on here. If you still pay this guy after reading any of these reviews then you know that you are flushing $150 down a toilet named US Direct Auto Shippers. Although Adam is probably getting paperwork together to call his shipping scam by another name soon. He likes to stay one step ahead of the law. But I believe you reap what you sow, so Adam will probably eventually have to defend himself in court for his business practices.
My car was picked up outside of Seattle within hours of Adam posting it on Central Dispatch. That was the last good thing that has happened. I won't bore you with details. But trust me their are many. My vehicle has been in a trucking yard in Butte, Montana for over a month. The driver Adam hired has a company called Above Trans FL. Based out of Florida. The trailer apparently caught on fire and was damaged. As were some other customer's cars. A company was hired to get the trailer and vehicles off the highway. That is the trucking yard where all the cars are now. The driver apparently owes the trucking yard $7,000 for the bill of the towing, cleanup, etc. The driver apparently is back at home in Florida with no plans to pay the bill. Thus my car is stuck in Butte.
So obviously I ran into some bad luck. I understand that. The driver Adam hired speaks little English and has basically dropped off all contact with me. He texts me occasionally to say he is on his way to Oklahoma with my car, I then call the trucking yard, and they assure me that my car is still in the yard with the other 6 or 7 vehicles.***** Update*****: My new car was delivered after 40+ days and was damaged in three places. Both bumpers and the hood are wrecked. Seems the driver was in an accident that was his fault and my car was damaged several thousand dollars' worth. So I get a copy of his Progressive insurance. I call my insurance and fill them in on the ongoing nightmare. I take it to an approved shop and schedule the work to be done. I give the proper people the insurance info. Awhile later I am informed that this driver only has liability insurance with a $1,000 deductible. Adam says he only hires fully insured drivers with $0 deductible and you car is covered bumper to bumper 100%. Obviously another lie. I email Adam and fill him in and he wants nothing to do with me, nor does he want to right the wrongs. Of course the driver Adam hired refuses to pay the deductible to the body shop. So my car sits at the body shop. I can get it out at this point only if I'm willing to overlook the BS situation and pay the $1,000 myself out of pocket. Driver is uncooperative with me and my insurance as well as his own insurance company.
Adam refuses to issue me a refund. I suspect the payment method of check by phone he uses is to make it harder on a ripped off consumer to dispute the charges. Adam also disputed my story and asked the administrators of this site to pull this review. I have 2 police reports and about 30 emails that encapsulates the proof, and after providing that documentation to the administrators, my review was considered valid and allowed to remain on this site. Check his BBB complaints as well. I emailed Adam and told him if he made things right that I would remove this review and he steadfastly refuses. He has done nothing to resolve my situation or ease my worries. His ad was all about customer service and goals of satisfied customers and how other brokers lie and it was all BS to get your $. Beware. Can't wait to read his reply on here. Just know he is slick and always tries to spin the situation to make the customer look wrong. Not a good person to do business with.
