This is a Scam! If Adam says it's not then he's really bad at his job. Either way you should stay away from this company.

Let me first start by saying I DID NOT ORDER the standby/Economy service. I ordered the standard service, with pickup in 7-10 days. I had two cars to be shipped. Adam quoted $760 per car and since I had 2 cars, Adam gave me a discount of $60 off each car so my total was $1400 for the two cars. Since other companies were quoting me $800.00 per car, the price seemed reasonable. I paid the $300.00 deposit and never heard back. I called and called- after you interact with him the first time, you never get anyone to speak to. Calling the "Customer service Department" is a joke, since it's the same number and gets rooted back to him. I emailed him and finally got a response, he said i should be patient since i ordered the standby service- I informed him that i didn't. I eventually went back through my documents and found out he'd altered the documents to say i ordered standby. I DID NOT, since i was on a deadline, I didn't have 6 months to wait for my cars to be picked up.

3 days before my scheduled move, I had to make other arrangements. In the process of calling drivers and other companies this is what i found out- Adam is a broker not a carrier, he has no access to trucks. He like other brokers place bids on the "Central Dispatch Board "http://www.centraldispatch.com/ and then actual truck drivers accept the bids. So i found out that yes, Adam did place my bid on the board but it was on for $1100 for 2 cars (my total minus the deposits). NO driver was accepting the bids. So yes, he does do the work but barely, what he does is place whatever bid you have on the board minus his $150.00. So if others are quoting you 800 and he quotes you 800 also, he places it on the board for 650. The driver will take the 800 bid all the time.

He's either very very very bad at his job since he doesn't know how to accurately price moves so he always underbids and cars never get picked up or he's just a scammer who's all about getting the $150.00 from your deposit. And don't forget, it's harder to dispute charges paid with your checking account, most banks won't do it, and that's the only form of payment he takes
