I was cheated into believing the car could be shipped to NJ for $700. After I submitted a request the Tristar sent me an e-mail claiming due to one client backed out of the deal it can offer me a better price. After negotiation, I got an e-mail from VP Mr. Harvey stating, "Let's get started today, I gave you a great discount to only $700. The balance of $525 is paid upon delivery."
On the day of car pickup I was asked to call Bob Stone and was told on the phone that the balance would be $695. I was directed to look into details of the contract. In the [ ] of paragraph 14 there is a statement to the fact. I was shocked and disgusted by Tristar's business approach. I asked if I can cancell "If it were $870 you need to let me know up front, not misleading until today. I don't want this this to be even more than just a dispute. Can I back out the deal since we have different interpretation? " and was told "Sure, I’ll call the trucker & cancel. Bob Stone."
Guess what, I was given a credit for the deposit, not the money. What a credit can do for me? Anyone think I will do business with this company?
There were many customer feedback in Tristar's web. However, when I want to add mine, I find customers can't do it. These are put out by the Tristar. What a misleading company.
I have asked the Tristar the physical location and registration. It refuses to respond.
This is a very dishonest company and one should be very very careful when dealing with them.

THE CUSTOMER HAS ALL THE INFORMATION FOR THE COMPANY, WE DID NOT EVEN MOVE HIS CAR, HE CANCELED AFTER THE TRUCK WAS ASSIGNED AND DID NOT WANT TO PAY THE BROKER FEE, EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW THAT IT WOULD BE DUE ON DELIVERY IN ADDITION TO THE QUOTED FEE. PROBABLY THE LANGUAGE BARRIER IS THE PROBLEM [LACK OF UNDERSTANDING]
