HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE!!! Peter & Mary at dispatch are rude, and extremely unhelpful.

1) Car is picked up on Tues, driver tells me it will be in Jersey on Fri. I call Thurs, and he tells me it won't be in Jersey until Mon or Tues!

2) Call on Sat morning, and driver never returns my call. Call 2 hours later on a different number, and according to driver with Timely Auto, he does not even have my vehicle on his truck. He has a red Jeep, but no black Jeep. In the midst of the conversation about when I will get my Jeep, the driver hangs up on me. I attempt to call him again, but he refuses to answer my calls.

3) Call Direct Auto Transport (who is the company I booked the transport through-they brokered it out to Timely Auto) and Edith at Direct Auto calls Peter at dispatch. Edith informs me that the driver is IN New Jersey, but that I won't get my car until Mon or Tues. The driver is only an hour north of me, so I offer to drive up there and pick up the car from them. They refuse this, saying that they will not get the Jeep off of the carrier b/c of where it is placed. There are too many cars that would have to be moved in order to get my car off, so I just have to wait until it is delivered.

This has been THE WORST experience I've ever had while transporting a car. With two siblings living in Hawaii you would have expected there to be an issue getting their cars out there, but no, those tranports went just fine. When I transported my vehicle from California to Florida, I had the vehicle within five days. DO NOT USE TIMELY AUTO TRANSPORT!!!!
