Alex the company owner/driver was dispatched to pick a vehicle up I purchased from an auction. While driving the vehicle out of the auction he ran into another vehicle causing pretty major damage. Long story short he tried to claim it wasn't his fault, but after producing the accident report it clearly showed he was driving way too fast and was at fault. He said he would contact his insurance company multiple times and never did. I had to call and file a claim. The insurance company paid, but he still needed to pay us his $1000 deductible. It has been months now and we still have not recieved payment after multiple phone calls and even recieving a check in the mail that did not clear... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He then changed the company name to G - Star LLC. Not sure if this was to try and hide from the situation or not but seems very shady!
