The car was promised in 6-7 days, and the driver Paul has now stopped all communications. 10th day Shauna states that Paul is in my state for 2 days already, then she cuts all communications, even after leaving messages including involving the Police. 11th day Kirk the owner of Prodigy assures me I will have my car the following day. That day came and went with another promise of first thing the following morning on a street of Brooklyn. I stood out there for hours, still no car, and Kirk will no longer answer his phone calls. There is no way I can leave a message, his mail box is full! Paul (the driver) has his phone turned off, and Shauna is not responding as well. I don't know where the vehicle is! The following morning I call Prodigy's Insurance carrier to file a stolen car claim. That afternoon I get a call from someone else that they have my car and will be delivering it this evening. The car finally came scraped up underneath from loading and unloading, covered in road salt!!! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS TO GET THERE VEHICLE!!!
BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY!! The cars sit out on the street unattended, in some of the worse industrial neighborhood's while they are waiting of recieving and delivering other cars!! They could at least answer the phone!! A bulls**t story is better than no communication from any kind of company!!!!
