Was very weary of haveing my Lexus transported on such a long distance, in an open carrier, but JoAnn reasured me and was very honest with me about the transport.
My vehicle arrived in the same condition as it left Florida in, and was ontime at for both pick up and /*off.
I was confident in talking with JoAnn as her Customer Service Skills were beyond my expectations!
