I requested to ship my car from NY to KY at the end of July. I contacted several companies in early July, and PCS offered the lowest price. The customer service was OK Before I paid $100 deposit. Right after I paid it, they became very Bad Attitude. They charged me additional $5 for using American Express without telling me in advance. They Never mentioned the fee when I paid over the phone. When I asked about it, they made it sound like it's my fault to use AE.
The worst thing is that they NEVER Shipped my car. They promised to ship my car by July 28, but now, August 1, my car is STILL in NY. Please note that I paid them the deposit on July 6. They have almost 1 month to find someone to ship my car, but they did not! They still haven't return my deposit after I canceled the order.
It's an absolutely bad experience with PCS!
