They should all be in JAIL

Ordered in Nov for Dec delivery. 4 Days after the pickup date they called and said the car would have to me driven 80 miles for the pickup. Then they said it would not be door to door as quoted and would cost an other $100. I said Ok. After an other month of no pickups I canceled and ask for my money back. I filled out the cancellation form in Jan. It's the end of April now they will not return my calls or email. Every time I call they are in meetings. To prove that they are low life just ask for there address. They will not tell you. They also say that HQ is in S.A. TX but there is no one there.

After reviewing all paperwork on this order, North American never took a deposit from Mr. Grosz. He did give his information, but no check was run as our driver was running late and did not meet Mr. Grosz's needs that were discussed at time of reservation. If there is anything further we can assist you with, we are eager to help.
