Do not ever think about using these people. I have been lied to for 2 weeks now. I was told my car would be picked up on (Monday) April 2rd. When I called on the Friday before to confirm I was informed that I was still scheduled for pickup on Monday, and that the driver would call 6 hours in advance. Monday came and no call from the driver. I called their Customer Service (a misnomer if there ever was one) and was told by Tina that the driver was in MA awaiting pickups at a car dealership and would definately pick up my car on Wed April 4th. There was no apology for the missed pickup, nor any recognition that they should even try to call me when they could not meet their obligation.

Wednesday 4/4 came and went with no call from the driver. I called Customer Service again on Thursday 4/5 and spoke with Dawn. I was informed that she was on the phone with the driver Michael and that he would definately be picking up my car on Friday. Friday afternoon the car still hadn't been picked up so I call them again. I have to call the sales rep because no one picks up the phone in Customer Service. I was informed that all the Customer service reps had left at 3:00 p.m. for Good Friday, but would definately be in on Saturday no later than 11:00. I call back Saturday and once again get the voice mail for Customer Service (they never do actually answer the phone). I leave a message, but no one gets back to me.

I call on Tuesday 4/10 and once again to through the sales rep. They seem to be able to pass calls to Customer Service and bypass the voice mail to which callers from the outside are sent but which they never seem to answer. I demand my deposit back. She asks me to call back in 45 minutes so she can reach the driver. There is no pretense this time that the driver is 'Michael'. I do get a call from a company that will pick up my car and hold it in their lot until a truck can be arranged to ship it. That may take another week or two. Definitely not what I thought I was paying for. I called back Customer Service, but silly me I was sent to voice mail again. All I want is my money back.

If this is the kind of service you want to receive, then by all means go with these guys. But if you want you car to actually be picked up on time and delivered on time, then go anywhere else.

After seeing the other reviews on this site and the responses from NA, I am very interested to see what they have to say here. I am sure that I am somehow mistaken, misguided, misinformed, and that they haven't promised many times to perform and failed to deliver. Should be interesting.
