Paid alot of money for my car to be broken

I paid Eric Gonzalez 1,400 dollars to transport my van from los angeles to long island. The van was dropped off on the service road to the LIE. It was too busy to check the van out at that time. 2 days later I saw the torn gas belt/strap was ripped off my car. It was due to Eric having anchored the straps of his truck to the gas bet to secure it to his truck. I guess the van was too big for the bottom spot on his truck because it was scratched, deted and dinged. The glass covering the brake lights were chipped. I brought to a friend who is a mechanis. He fixed the van and only charged me 75. dollars. I asked Eric Gonzalez to pay the 75 many times. He said he would...many times. It has been over 2 months he no longr answers my calls or texys . I longer expect the money. It is enough that eric gave his word and went back on it. He is not trustworthy or a man of his word. he never admitted to doing anything. He is a liarand not professional. I used Rodney from auto direct ship-a broker-I paid him 225 dollars. So total I paid 1,625 dollars and got horrible service. No one will accept responsibility. I wouldn't, couldn't recommend either of the men. 75 dollars is not anything-but it would have made a differenc ein the way I felt about paying so much to have my car so broken.
