The transport picked up my sons car in California, the car was in excellent condition, they delivered it a few days late and the front of the car and the back of the car was damaged. Even though we proved what condition the car was in when their driver picked it up with pictures and the Bill of Lading, and we have pictures of what the car looked like when they delivered it to our son, who is in the ARMY and just got back from being deployed; they refused to take responsibility for the damage. They also refused to give us a copy of the Bill of Lading Delivery receipt which shows all the damage.
The company is not a reputable company - my suggestion is to NEVER deal with this company.
