This is perhaps my worst customer Experience in 10 years. The truck driver (Ruiz) was irrational and rude with my wife when he picked up the cars. Then, when he delivered them, he parked his truck in the middle of a busy street and putting our lives in risk, he downloaded our cars and left them in the shoulder. When I complained to him, he was just about to assault me and my wife. We were really horrified. I really feared for our personal safety.
