After placing an order with my broker on a Sunday, I got a text from this company at 8:15 a.m that Tuesday that they'd been assigned as the carrier. They said they'd pick up the car that day and the driver would contact me to schedule a time.

I was rushing that morning, but at about 10:40 I responded "Great.Thanks." Almost immediately, Ebro sent another text saying to contact the broker because "there is some changes on the plan." I asked what had changed and never got a response.

I contacted the broker, who spoke with the driver who said he'd pick up around 4 or 5 pm, and would call me with an ETA. That timing was fine with me.

Just before 3 pm, I heard from the broker's dispatch department. Ebro had told them that a) they were supposed to pick up the car in the morning but b) I hadn't responded to them and so c) the driver left the pickup area. All of that is complete BS. I never had a morning pickup time. The driver never tried to contact me that I'm aware of. The time he gave the broker's representative was 4 to 5 pm. I was at home from 2 pm on, and no one called or came to the door.

Neither the broker nor I have any idea what happened here. They've told me that they are considering whether or not they'll work with Ebro again. Given what seems to be complete chaos in this company, I'll definitely avoid them in the future.
