originally I placed the pickup order with BT Auto Transport. I was lucky enough for them to contract out to Coast to Coast Auto Transport. The driver's name was Mike and you could not ask for a better driver. He stayed in contact with me before he picked up the truck to give a precise date of arrival for the pickup and he was extremely nice. He picked up the vehicle ON TIME with no headaches at all and even gave me a schedule that he was going to follow so that I had an idea where he would be. He was nice enough to call me when he arrived to the destination to let me know he was here. THEN he put my vehicle in the hands of ANOTHER great driver, Jim who does the locals deliveries since I live in a rather hard place to get a 10-car transporter to. Jim contacted me and my drop off address 2-times on top of the dispatcher from his office to let us know he was coming... He dropped off the vehicle ON TIME and with no headaches..... I could not ask for a better service. I will DEFINATELY use this company again in the future. The service, the nice personality of the drivers, my overall satisfaction WAS GREAT>...... Thank you Coast to Coast. I will Also write a letter to the company commending these two great drivers.....
