While living in Japan for five years, my 91 Honda Civic LX (affectionately called Betty Blue) was stored in North Carolina at my parent's home. Upon returning to the States in mid-June, my husband and I now live in Colorado and were weighing different options on how to get the car from there to here. We finally settled on having the car shipped. After requesting and receiving quotes from numerous companies, I checked the customer review of each transporter/broker through this website and CVS came out on top. Betty is my first car and this was my first time having her shipped. From my first telephone contact with Amanda I felt very comfortable speaking with her and sharing my concerns about having my car moved by "strangers." She understood and addressed each concern without any hard selling whatsoever. I would e-mail Amanda a number of times with different questions and she promptly responded the same day with an answer. After prayerful consideration, I contracted CVS and boy am I glad I did! Amanda kept me informed about the expected p/u date and then re-confirmed when a date change of just one day was necessary. After securing a driver, I informed my mother of the details and she in turn received phone calls from Diane (the driver) updating her as to their expected arrival at my parent's home in North Carolina. The "pre-transport" inspection was VERY thorough [even included a note about bird poop on the roof (^_^) ]! My mom was impressed with the professionalism and the friendliness of Frank and Diane (FJF Transport). The delivery time was prompt, as promised. Both Frank and Diane were outstanding!!!! I was so very grateful to them for transporting my Betty and would utilize them again and highly recommend both CVS and FJF to anyone!
