Good customer service in a "not-so-exact" business

Anyone who has shipped car knows the experience has many parameters that may go wrong, making the car shipping business a very "non-exact" science. The pickup on my car took over 2 weeks, but it was understandable given the amount I paid. Candice at Cascade was very honest with me, and was excellent at updating me on progress. I was simply one of those cases where a transport was difficult to find, in my given time frame. Nonetheless, I felt Candice was working very diligently to get a truck for me, and she finally did, at a good price. She also was diligent in communicating with the driver and his dispatcher to ensure accurate delivery. Overall, I feel cascade is a reputable company who will work hard for you. The truck itself was average- they picked up a day late after getting lost, and delivered a day later than they promised, but within the 5-7 day window. All in all, it worked out okay without straying too far from my expected time frame. The car arrived dirty (rain stains and dust mostly), but this is simply unavoidable on an open transport, cross country.
