NOT a Better Way to Transport Your Auto

I was promised pick up of Thursday June 7. As late as Monday June 4 the salesman, Robert Mitchel assured me "CHERYL, EVERYTHING IS ON SCHEDULE , YOUR PICK UP AND DELIVERY IS STILL THE SAME." Well, it was not. When it became apparent that there was to be no pick up, my salesman stopped answering the phone. Now it is two months later and I still have not received a refund check despite numerous phone calls. If I could give negative stars to this company I would.
