This was the second time I used a transport agency. The first time with another company was a disaster, as I took a very low bid over a quality bid, so I took extra care to make sure that I was being dealt with in a professional manner. I had talked to several and finally came back to Auto Star because I was impressed with the attention to detail, personal and friendly, but also very professional. They are also bonded and registered, so that assured me also. I had got slightly lower quotes from others, but was not as comfortable, and given the horror story I lived through the first time, with additional expenses, after an initial low quote, I was relieved and impressed that I got my vehicle delivered in a timely way with no hidden costs. I was more assured with the communication that I experienced with Auto Star. Everything was like clockwork, and my vehicle arrived in good order. It is an older model van, that I have a personal attachment to, and I was relieved that everything went well. Elvira is the name of my 1991 Aerostar Van, and the fact that I negotiated with Auto "Star" I construed to be a "sign". I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Auto Star to anyone that has a vehicle to transport.
