Car was at pick-up site for about three weeks. When I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful and the vehicle was picked-up within a few days. Transport from Ohio to Utah took about four days and the driver notified me prior to delivery. Driver was efficient and kept me informed regarding his progress to my home. Vehicle was delivered to me in very good condition and there was no damage or other problems.
