I decided to move back home to CO and wanted to ship my car instead of buying a new one. Dustin answered my phone call and was very polite and prompt. He explained how everything worked. I went with the guaranteed service and my car got picked up 5 days later. I'm very impressed as it took 3 weeks to get my car to Cali four years ago.
